Role Description We are seeking an Agentic Developer | ML Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Bratislava, with flexible work-from-home options. In this position, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models tailored to client needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and machine learning solutions into existing systems, conduct data preprocessing, and automate tasks. Additional responsibilities include testing and optimizing ML algorithms, addressing technical challenges, and staying up to date with advancements in AI technologies. Qualifications Experience with Agentic programming, Agents development using Microsoft technologies, or OpenAIProficiency in machine learning technologies, models, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorchStrong programming skills in Python, R, and proficiency in using AI/ML librariesExperience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and maintaining data qualityUnderstanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deployment of ML solutionsKnowledge of algorithm optimization and fine-tuning ML models for enhanced performanceEffective collaboration and communication skills to work within cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field is requiredAbility to adapt and thrive in a hybrid work environmentExperience working with CRM-based AI solutions and consulting clients is an advantageStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive, innovative approach to technology challenges
