With 14 Ofsted-rated “Outstanding” schools, it’s a great place to live and work.Detailed Job Description And Main ResponsibilitiesAlongside the usual MS Office skills, we are looking for a good communicator with the following attributes:Degree in Built Environment, Engineering or Design-related subject, or similar formal qualifications backed up with relevant experience. CAD qualification to intermediate/advanced level and experience with property, facilities and building-related systems.Experience in the development/implementation of BIM systems to Level 2 or 3.Knowledge of Planon, MICAD or other similar CAFM / IWMS systems.Person specificationQualifications, Knowledge And ExperienceEssential criteriaDegree in Built Environment, Engineering or Design related subject, or similar formal qualifications backed up with relevant experienceCAD qualification to intermediate/advanced level and experience with property, facilities and building related systemsCAD qualification to intermediate/advanced level and experience with property, facilities and building related systemsAbility to create and interpret Engineering and Construction drawingsSound working knowledge of MS365Sound verbal and written communicationDesirable criteriaKnowledge of MICAD and other similar CAFM / IWMS systemsExperience in the development / implementation of BIM systems to Level 2 or 3.Database Creation and ManagementProfessional accreditationLifelong LearningValues and behavioursEssential criteriaPatients FirstAlways ImprovingWorking Together
