CAD Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 产品开发工程师/CAD 设计工程师 职责描述根据ID 提供的效果图和犀牛文件，熟练运用creo 进行曲面建模负责新产品开发过程中产品3D布局及骨架文件独立完成零组件方案设计或优化，负责注塑件、压铸件、吹塑件与小五金件等结构设计 任职要求机械设计相关专业，大专以上学历具备丰富的建模经验，熟练使用至少一款软件3D软件，Croe优先熟悉塑料模具的基本设计原则，有模具行业从业经历的优先考虑有消费类电子产品，清洁类产品产品研发经验，具备扫地机、吸尘器、洗地机、电动工具、小家电行业背景优先新产品有好奇心，具备较强的结构创新能力，具有发散思维意识具有良好的沟通协作能力及良好的团队合作精神 Main ResponsibilitiesCreate high quality creo surface model according to ID design intent.Provide detailed part design and product documentation.Frequency meeting with engineering team and CD for reviewing and discussing the CAD Surface and Construction for new projects.Test failure analysis and solution validation to complete successful product development.Carry out task and assignment as directed by line manager. Minimum QualificationCollege graduate or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related field5+ years of experience with home application/consumer electronic product development5+ years of CREO experience must. Experience creating surface model and top-down design architecture.Strong knowledge of a variety of manufacturing processes including injection molding, machining, casting and rapid prototyping.A good understanding of and experience with plastic finishing, decorating, sonic welding and other secondary operations.Ability to communicate effectively in English written with the product development teams. Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degreeWindchillDemonstrated CREO surface modelling skill in ISDX.Demonstrated design experience with vacuum cleaner, washing machine product.Demonstrated design experience with motion component modules (motor, belt, pump, etc.)
