CAD EXECUTIVE (MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL)

JOB SCOPE1. Preparation, compilation and submission of shop drawings and as-built drawings for projects.2. Coordinate and liaise with Engineers, Project/Site Team on the preparation of shop drawings, design development, authority submission, tender exercise and construction.3. Coordinate and liaise with the suppliers and sub-contractors on the preparation/input of supplier shop drawings submission.4. Follow-up on the shop drawings submission and approval.5. Updating master tracking list of construction drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings and etc.6. Follow and comply with ISO procedures on document control for all incoming and outgoing drawings.7. Issuance of up-to-date construction drawings and approved shop drawings to sub-contractors.8. Communicate with suppliers, vendors and manufactures on technical matters, inquiries, specification and documents requirement.9. Communicate with consultant or client if there are any contradiction/discrepancies between tender drawing, construction drawing, BQ, specification, technical schedule.10. Attend technical meetings and assist Engineers to review drawings and advise on technical and construction drawing issues to ensure compliance to design objective and design quality.11. Develop and maintain the company’s drafting handbook in establishing and preserving good drafting standard practices from time to time.12. Any other duties/tasks assigned from time to time.
