CAD Operator

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and update architectural and interior fit-out drawings using AutoCAD with high accuracy and attention to detail.Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and joinery details according to project specifications and site requirements.Coordinate with designers, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawings reflect the latest revisions and technical requirements.Maintain and organize drawing files, layers, and documentation according to company standards.Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, quality requirements, and local codes.Incorporate MEP coordination into architectural drawings when required.Assist in quantity take-offs, material schedules, and fit-out layout verification as needed.Support the design team in developing detailed layouts and sections for approvals and execution.Qualifications & RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related technical field.5–8 years of proven experience as a CAD Operator / Draftsman in fit-out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality, or corporate interiors).Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3D software is an added advantage.Strong understanding of fit-out detailing, joinery works, and finishing materials.Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high accuracy under pressure
