Job Description We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cafés Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our café branches. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and efficiency across all locations while driving growth and customer satisfaction. ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily operations across multiple café branchesEnsure consistent quality of products, coffee, and customer serviceSupervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain brand standardsMonitor inventory levels, cost control, and supplier relationshipsEnsure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulationsAnalyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase profitabilitySupport marketing campaigns and seasonal promotionsHandle customer feedback and resolve operational issues effectivelyDevelop and implement operational policies and best practicesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in café or restaurant operations managementStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesPassion for coffee, customer service, and operational excellenceFluency in English; Arabic is a plus
