Calibration & Software Support Engineer

We are an international IT product company and we develop computer vision systems powered by AI and machine learning that automate quality control in the construction materials industry. Our first product QuatroPBC is designed for quality control of pavement tiles and curbstones. QuatroPBC has successfully entered the international market with clients in Germany, Mexico, USA, Canada, Lithuania - and more countries to come. We have big plans for development, improvement and creation of new products, so we are looking for a Calibration & Software Support Engineer.ResponsibilitiesProvide remote calibration and technical assistance to on-site engineers during installationsDeploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Python- and Docker-based calibration environmentsAnalyze system logs, configurations, and sensor data to identify and resolve technical issuesCollaborate closely with the Istanbul project installation team and R&D department to ensure smooth commissioningRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field0–3 years of professional experienceSolid knowledge of Linux, Python, and Docker (required)Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsGood command of English (spoken and written)Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to support different time zonesWork ModelFirst 3 months full-time in the Istanbul office (training focused on hardware and calibration)Afterwards: Hybrid model (1 day/week in the office)Occasional evening shifts to support European or US installations "Waiting for your CV :)
