EGXPRESS Licensee of Federal Express (FedEx) is seeking a call center agent to join our company.Key Responsibilities:Receive calls from customers and reply to their inquiries.Conduct the first call to the customers and obtain clearance instructions.Open Traces from the first day of arrival with a clear indication of shipment status with detailed information about Egypt RegulationsHandle all shipments that need amendment in the name of the consignee and FedEx clearance pending /stopped shipments until needed Paperwork is submitted from the customer.Follow up on Re-export shipments (from FedEx Clearance) and obtain necessary approvals from the shipper or consignee for the return. And follow up with the subcontractor until the shipment leaves the cage.Qualifications:Bachelor's educational degree.Very good command of the English language.A minimum of one-year experience in customer service.Work Location: Head Office; Sheraton.
