Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing top-notch support, resolving customer issues, and managing incoming calls. The role requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to effectively address customer inquiries and issuesExcellent Communication skills in both Arabic and English to interact with a diverse customer baseExperience with Contact Center operations and managing high-volume callsProficiency in Computer Literacy for efficient use of various digital tools and systemsAbility to multitask, problem-solve, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in customer service or call center roles is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous
