Medical • Dental • Aesthetics IndustryFull-Time • Remote • $10+/hr + Commission (OTE $30,000+/yr)We are looking for an experienced, high-performing Call Center Manager / Senior Appointment Setter who can oversee, train, and optimize a growing team of setters across the dental, medical, and aesthetic industries.This person will play a mission-critical role in managing inbound/outbound leads, ensuring fast response times, maximizing booking rates, and maintaining exceptional patient communication standards.What You’ll DoLead, train, and manage a team of appointment settersMaintain accountability for setters hitting daily/weekly KPIsHandle high-volume scheduling for dental, medical, and aesthetic patientsRespond to and convert after-hours leads (rotating or assigned schedule)Conduct QA reviews, coaching, and performance auditsOptimize scripts, workflows, and conversion processesCollaborate with leadership to maintain high patient satisfactionUse CRM/EMR systems to track leads, follow-ups, and tasksRequirements3+ years of proven appointment setting experienceExperience in medical, dental, or aesthetics is a major plusPerfect English, clear communication, and professional phone presenceSpanish-speaking is a bonus, but not requiredAbility to lead, train, motivate, and hold setters accountableStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working 40 hours/week with after-hours lead handlingTech-savvy and familiar with CRMs (GHL preferred but not required)Compensation$10+ per hourMonthly commission for appointments setOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $30,000+ per yearOpportunities for growth within a fast-scaling organizationWho Thrives in This RoleIf you are…A natural leaderObsessed with patient experienceFast, reliable, and organizedSkilled at managing performanceExcited to work in dental, medical, and aesthetic practices…you’ll be a perfect fit.
