Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Heliopolis. The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include providing accurate information about services, scheduling appointments, documenting customer interactions, and escalating issues when necessary. The representative will play a key role in ensuring smooth and professional communication between clients and the clinic.
