The Key Account Manager will oversee managing and nurturing key client relationships by maintaining consistent engagement, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing strategic business plans, analyzing client needs, and collaborating cross-functionally to align solutions with client requirements.QualificationsStrong Account Management and Key Accounts skillsProficiency in Business Planning and the ability to develop strategic approachesExcellent Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and loyaltyAnalytical Skills to evaluate client needs and market trends effectivelyExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenPrevious experience in the healthcare industry is an advantageBachelor's degree in Business Administration,Pharmacy, science or a related field
