Position Overview:The Tele-Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, managing incoming leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.This role requires hands-on telesales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong ability to close sales over the phone.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients in the KSA market.Present, promote, and sell the company’s water treatment and filtration products and services.Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions tailored to their needs.Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and convert them into active customers.Manage customer expectations and ensure satisfaction with products and services.Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM tools.Market & Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date on product features, technical specifications, and industry trends.Monitor market competition and suggest strategies to enhance sales performance.Provide insights to management on customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities.Team Collaboration:Coordinate closely with the field sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.Support campaign execution and promotional activities.Participate in team meetings to review performance and share best practices.Requirements & Qualifications:Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or outbound sales, ideally within a technical, industrial, or service-based sector (experience in water treatment is a strong plus).Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain resilience under pressure.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up discipline.Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools.Fluent in Arabic; good command of English is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field preferred.What We Offer:Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure.Continuous training and professional development.Opportunity to work with a leading brand in the water treatment industry.A dynamic, supportive, and performance-driven work environment.
