Dial Expert is dedicated to optimizing ROI while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Role Description This is a full-time/part-time remote role for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will manage the entire sales cycle, from generating and nurturing leads to closing deals. Daily tasks include conducting outreach to prospects, providing tailored product or service demonstrations, addressing client queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Representative will maintain accurate records of sales activities and collaborate with team members to achieve targets and improve processes. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExperience in lead generation, appointment setting, and closing salesAbility to adapt sales strategies based on client needsProficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and customer relationship managementProblem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindsetBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredExperience in BPO or call center environments is a plusSelf-motivation and ability to thrive in a remote work setup
