Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative is responsible for is responsible for handling customer communications through calls, chats, or emails, helping them with inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.Job DescriptionManage inbound calls in a timely manner.Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives,Handle and solve all inquiries, requests and complaints received via all channels available (phone, fax, e-mail and etc.)Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactionQualificationsBachelor’s degree in any related field.1-2 in a call center (customer service or related field).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Very good English & Arabic both spoken and written
