The Call Center Specialist will handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve customer issues. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring a high level of service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The specialist must adhere to company guidelines and maintain professionalism at all times. Qualifications Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Center experienceExcellent verbal and written Communication skillsProficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with customer service software and toolsAbility to effectively manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environmentProactive problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communications, business, or a related field is a plusPrevious experience in the healthcare or beauty industry is advantageous
