At Devmark, we partner with some of Dubai's visionary developers to market and sell exclusive off-plan projects across the region. We are now looking for a motivated and articulate Call Center Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in driving outreach, engagement, and lead generation within the UAE’s thriving real estate sector.Overview:As a Call Center Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and broker partners delivering a strong first impression of Devmark. Your primary focus will be outbound calling, lead qualification and scheduling appointments to support our project sales and broker relations functions.If you have the confidence, communication skills, and resilience to engage with people over the phone, this role offers a dynamic entry point into Dubai’s booming off-plan property market.Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads, broker partners, and agents to introduce Devmark’s exclusive projectsQualify leads based on defined criteria and route them to relevant internal teamsMaintain accurate call records and track engagement metrics using CRM systemsBuild rapport with brokers and clients to enhance Devmark’s network reach and brand awarenessFollow up on marketing campaigns, event leads, and broker engagement initiativesCollaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure communication consistency and effective lead conversionSkills & Other Requirements:1-3 years’ experience in a Call Center, Telesales or Lead-Generation role, ideally within real estate, property, or service-oriented industriesStrong verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and professional phone mannerAbility to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentFamiliarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) is advantageous
