Flamenco Tours & Travels is looking for Call Receiver & Picking AssistantJob Description / ResponsibilityJob Context: Flamenco Overseas Ltd. is a well-established overseas recruitment agency where daily operations include call handling, client information support, documentation, and office coordination. The primary responsibility of this position is to receive all incoming calls generated through company advertisements, communicate clearly with clients, and effectively convince them when needed. The role also includes assisting with document sorting, picking, and general office tasks.Office Time: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PMWeekend: FridayJob Responsibilities:Receive all incoming calls generated through office advertisements.Provide accurate information to clients in a clear, polite, and professional manner.Maintain a pleasant voice tone and clear pronunciation while communicating.Convince clients when needed and guide them to visit the office for further processing.Record client information and forward it to the relevant department.Assist in document picking, sorting, and basic office file management.Prepare daily activity reports and update the supervisor.Maintain office discipline and follow internal procedures.Support other team members when necessary.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsExperience Requirements1 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Call CenterFreshers are also encouraged to apply.Job LocationDhaka (Naya Paltan)SalaryTk. 12000 - 13000 (Monthly)
