We design and deliver intelligent systems that empower businesses to achieve efficiency and scalability through cutting-edge technology.Job OverviewWe are seeking a Calling Agent to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients or prospects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage client interactions effectively.You will be responsible for outbound and inbound calls, customer support, and lead generation, helping AXI Technologies maintain strong client relationships and expand its outreach.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services and generate leads.Handle inbound calls, inquiries, and client support requests with professionalism.Maintain accurate records of conversations, feedback, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align communication strategies and outreach campaigns.Schedule appointments or demos for interested clients.Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure a consistent brand experience.Provide daily and weekly call performance reports to supervisors.Gather customer feedback and communicate it to relevant departments for service improvement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Urdu proficiency is a plus).Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.Ability to work independently and meet call/lead targets.What We OfferCompetitive salary or stipend (depending on experience).Performance-based incentives and bonuses.Opportunity to work in a tech-driven environment with exposure to AI and automation projects.Professional growth through training and mentorship.Friendly and collaborative workplace culture.
