Job Responsibilities: Conduct thorough needs assessment with stakeholder, including interview, workshops and surveyDocument detailed business requirement using various techniques, such as user stories, use cases and process flowsEnsure that requirement is clear, concise and traceableAnalysis existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop process models and documentation to illustrate current and proposed process. Recommend process improvement and solution to optimize business operation.
Work closely with branch support, developers, testers and other to ensure alignment and understanding of requirementResolve conflicts and negotiate solutions to ensure project successAssist planning and execution of the project including creation of project plans and timelines.  Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, computer or related field3 years of experience as business analystStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood in written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal and team work
