Major current works include:A world-class bar concept An 800 m² meat-processing facility A 5,000 m² pet-food manufacturing factory A rollout of 20+ fuel-station rebranding projects Ongoing restaurant, bar, villa, and steel-fabrication developments The builder is now hiring an MEP Site Engineer to manage all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection systems.ResponsibilitiesThe MEP Site Engineer is responsible for supervising installation of systems that make each project functionalpower, water, HVAC, fire safety, and other building services. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, reviewing drawings, troubleshooting site issues, and ensuring systems meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Oversee installation of wiring, lighting, power distribution, and equipment connections. Ensure proper electrical load design for bars, kitchens, factories, and fuel-station projects.Supervise AC, ventilation, and exhaust systems. Manage installation of cold rooms or temperature-controlled areas (important for food factories).Oversee water supply, drainage, grease traps, and sanitary systems. Verify plumbing layouts align with bar/restaurant requirements and industrial workflows.Coordinate installation of fire alarms, pumps, sprinklers, extinguishers, and emergency lighting.Review MEP shop drawings and ensure they match site conditions. Identify clashes with structural and architectural elements and propose solutions. Conduct testing, commissioning, and final inspections of all systems. Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards. RequirementsDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field. 2+ years of MEP site experience (industrial or hospitality preferred). Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical loads, plumbing systems, and fire safety. Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Able to work across Phnom Penh and surrounding project sites.
