Role DescriptionHelp develop & improve manufacturing processesCreate & interpret CAD drawings (SolidWorks/AutoCAD)Support production with troubleshooting & technical guidanceParticipate in lean manufacturing & process improvement projectsApply basic CNC programming & production planning skillsAssist with process control & quality documentationContribute to assigned engineering projectsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline (Recent grads encouraged)Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)Basic manufacturing principles knowledgeStrong analytical & problem-solving skillsTeam player with good communication & time managementAble to relocate or commute to Sayre, PAWork Schedule50 hours / Week is Mandatory.
QualificationsBackground in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering or Any Engineering Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesA Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, or a related field, will be acceptable.
