We’re Hiring! - Head of CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization)(Location: Benghazi, Libya)Role Description:- Will oversee the overall management of aircraft airworthiness and maintenance, ensuring all operations comply with aviation regulations and international safety standards (using AMS).Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or airworthiness management, including proven leadership experience. • Strong knowledge of local and international aviation regulations and safety standards. • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions. • Ability to work on-site in Benghazi, Libya, and willingness to relocate if necessary.Responsibilities: • Oversee all maintenance operations and ensure continuous airworthiness of the aircraft in compliance with applicable regulations. • Monitor maintenance planning, aircraft records, and technical reports accurately and regularly. • Coordinate with maintenance providers and aviation authorities to ensure regulatory compliance. • Lead the CAMO team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective and sustainable performance. • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and procedures. • Prepare and analyze technical and operational reports related to maintenance and airworthiness.Please send your CVs to joud.alaneezi@berniqtechnics.com and hr@berniqtechnics.com with the subject line: “Head of CAMO ”ــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ!اعلان توظيف رئيس قسم إدارة صلاحية الطائرات المستمرة الموقع: بنغازي، ليبيا الوصف الوظيفي: الإشراف الكامل على إدارة صلاحية الطائرات وصيانتها، وضمان امتثال جميع العمليات للوائح الطيران والمعايير الدولية للسلامة باستخدام نظام إدارة الصلاحية (AMS).المؤهلات: • درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الطيران، الطيران، أو مجال ذي صلة. • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صيانة الطائرات أو إدارة صلاحية الطائرات، مع خبرة مثبتة في القيادة. • معرفة قوية بلوائح الطيران المحلية والدولية ومعايير السلامة. • مهارات ممتازة في القيادة وإدارة الفريق، والقدرة على اتخاذ قرارات استراتيجية. • القدرة على العمل من موقع الشركة في بنغازي مع الاستعداد للانتقال إذا لزم الأمر.المسؤوليات: • الإشراف على جميع عمليات الصيانة وضمان استمرار صلاحية الطائرات للطيران وفقاً للوائح المعمول بها. • متابعة تخطيط الصيانة وسجلات الطائرات والتقارير الفنية بدقة وبشكل منتظم. • التنسيق مع مزودي خدمات الصيانة والجهات الرقابية الجوية لضمان الامتثال التنظيمي. • قيادة فريق CAMO وتقديم الدعم والإرشاد لضمان أداء فعال ومستدام. • تنفيذ مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية والإجراءات. • إعداد وتحليل التقارير الفنية والتشغيلية المتعلقة بالصيانة وصلاحية الطائرات.يرجى إرسال سيركم الذاتية إلى joud.alaneezi@berniqtechnics.com hr@berniqtechnics.com مع كتابة “رئيس قسم إدارة صلاحية الطائرات المستمرة (CAMO)” في عنوان الرسالة.
