Job Description

Customer Care & Claims Administrator:Responsibilities:1- Customer Interaction: Assess and address customer issues, respond to emails and queries, and handle complaints and escalations from insured members.2- Claims Verification: Check the eligibility of insured individuals and dependents, verify premium status, and ensure claims align with policy requirements.3- Database Management: Update and maintain the database with relevant information, ensuring accurate recording of claim reimbursement notices.4- Payment Processing: Forward payment notices to the Claims Manager/Senior Administrator for validation and ensure adherence to provider tariffs for direct billing claims.5- Medical Service Documentation: Capture medical services using appropriate codes and forward high-value claims to the medical team for evaluation.6- Operational Support: Attend to all customer care requests, dispatching them to the appropriate department, and conduct follow-ups on outstanding customer issues.Qualifications1- Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in a customer care or claims administration environment.2- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Customer Service.3- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, both written and spoken.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.4- Adaptability: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations.5- Professional Skills: Demonstrated strong organizational and customer service skills.6- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both customers and internal teams.📩 How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to recruitment@asas-intl.com or apply directly through LinkedIn.
