Job DescriptionPlan, execute, and manage Double Date and Ad-Hoc campaigns.Develop timelines, set goals, and ensure campaign milestones are met.Collaborate with various stakeholders including campaign operations, channel managers (PIC), business development (BD), and other relevant teams.Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the campaign lifecycle.Design and produce campaign assets, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials.Create and maintain campaign microsites and entry points, ensuring they are up-to-date and engaging.Develop innovative Key Selling Points (KSPs) for campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.Formulate virality plans to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.Plan and execute activation strategies to ensure maximum campaign impact.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.Provide insights and recommendations for future campaign improvements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree from any major.1+ years of working experience in a fast-paced industry, preferably Tech, Management Consulting or FMCG companies.Proven experience in campaign marketing or a similar role.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platformAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
