ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY This role is available due to an internal transition, offering a great opportunity for a new team member to join and make an impact. NP Digital is now seeking an energetic, data-driven, and innovative Campaign Manager, Programmatic to join our remote Paid Media team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of managing programmatic campaigns with budgets exceeding $500K per month. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of Google Ads (YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns), DV360 and CM360 as well as a good grasp on how to structure campaigns to optimize performance based on each platform’s best practices. To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the Philippines and must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English. ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Management: Develop and execute Google Ads video/display and programmatic ad strategies based on client needs and budget goals Ensure campaigns meet KPIs through ongoing monitoring and optimization techniques, such as testing new platform opportunities, targeting, bid strategy adjustments, and creative recommendations Manage campaign structure, monitor budget pacing, and troubleshoot to resolve campaign issues across various platforms and media tactics, including display, video, audio, digital out of home, and native Ability to manage and analyze campaign performance data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting ABOUT YOU 3-5 Years of experience in programmatic media buying Proven track record of managing large programmatic budgets (exceeding $500K USD/month) In-depth, recent knowledge of paid search platforms and management tools (Google Ads, DV360 and CM360) Demonstrated ability to achieve campaign goals through data analysis and optimization techniques BONUS POINTS Certifications from Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform Additional professional certifications, such as Google Analytics WORKING CONDITIONS & PERKS Schedule: 5PM – 2AM (standard) or 4PM - 1AM (daylight savings) Remote work setup Fixed weekends and Philippines holidays off Flexible personal time off and up to 5 sick days Maxicare (or similar healthcare) insurance for you and up to 2 dependents Discretionary annual bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary ABOUT YOUR GROWTH As an organization, we support your growth and development by investing in your learning to advance your career.
