This role combines e-commerce strategy, creator/affiliate partnerships, and client management.Key Responsibilities:Own client growth plans and GMV targets on TikTok ShopDesign and run creator/affiliate programs (partnerships, incentives, outreach)Manage campaign calendars, promotions, and content executionDeliver performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clientsMentor junior specialists and improve team efficiencyQualifications:1–3 years in e-commerce operations, influencer/affiliate marketing, or account managementExperience managing budgets and driving measurable revenue outcomesStrong Excel/Sheets and data analysis skillsSkilled in client communication and relationship managementFamiliarity with TikTok Shop or similar platforms (Amazon, Shopify, live commerce)About Us:Founded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
