Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with governmental and accreditation standards, all while upholding our mission to both students and faculty. From overseeing academic activities to providing visionary leadership, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our campus and the lives of countless individuals!RequirementsBachelor's degree or significant commensurate experience5+ years of operational leadership experience, preferably as a Campus-based DirectorKnowledge of key departments of which a post-secondary campus is comprised (Admissions, Administration, Business Office, Financial Aid, Career Services, Education, Student Services, and Facilities)ResponsibilitiesHave full responsibility and accountability for the educational performance of the campus within the framework of operations and policy guidelinesEstablish an annual budget for the campusRecruit and manage all directly supervised personnelHave full accountability for establishing and ensuring that the faculty and other educational staff follow their job descriptions to the highest performance standardsEnsure a practical orientation for all new hires at the campusRepresent the campus in the communityIn conjunction with the faculty and other staff, establish active and functioning Advisory Boards and a Student CouncilEnsure that OSHA/WISHA requirements for safety are in place and followedProvide direction via Executive Team Meetings and serves as the liaison for Executive Team membersMaintain compliance with educational criteria, accreditation, and curriculum standardsPlan and coordinate accreditation changes, updates, and renewalsOversee curriculum implementation for new curriculum development and maintains existing curriculumOrganize and supervise all critical school functionsFull Time Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Life and Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Holidays Growth OpportunitiesAbout UsFor over 75 years Lincoln Tech has been one of the nation's leading providers of career training in Healthcare, Automotive/Diesel, Skilled Trades, Information Technology, Cosmetology, and Culinary Arts.Lincoln Tech is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
