Job Description

Position DescriptionThe Senior HRBP Officer is created to provide daily HR functional support to the Business Units at Head Office. He/she will execute the HR policies and initiatives to support the Business Units at Head Office with regular support and guidance from the HRBP Manager. The onboarding person is expected to bring in the HR insightfulness in terms of recruitment and related HR administrative knowledge and skills in monitoring and enhancement of staff performance management as well as employee relations and engagements.

‍DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY‍Facilitate the workforce planning, summary & execution, headcount consolidation, and arrangement as initiated by HRBP Manager and Business Units at Head Office. Participate in staff recruitment and selection from both external and internal sources in order to support the Business Units at Head Office. Engage with Business Units to keep them informed and updated on new staff onboarding as well as communicate, follow up, and collect the monthly staff probation evaluation. Settle or expedite the key challenges he/she may face on new hire probation and keep the line managers and relevant stakeholders.

Act as one-stop of HR Services in collecting, reviewing, delivering, and consultation on related HR documents such as staff allowance request or proposals, hiring documents, staff mobilities, HR documents in regards with talent management, staff performance management, performance improvement plans (PIP), staff disciplinary action, etc. Participate in the meetings with related business units as assigned by HRBP/ Head of HRBP, including HR policies briefing and/ or presentation, Audit meeting, employee relations, etc.

Facilitate the employer branding activities, such as recruitment events, career fairs/ branding at universities and National Employment Agency (NEA), job seminars/ workshops virtually or offline in order to attract the talents. ‍QUALIFICATIONBBA Degree with at least 1 year-experience in HRBP/ Recruitment field. Good communications, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills. Flexible, high committed, be able to work under pressure and multiple tasks per deadlines. Proficient skills in English communications. Knowledge in Labor Law and regulation, is a plus.
