We achieve this by leveraging marketing research, AI technology, and Rakuten's extensive data assets.PositionWhy We HireWe are currently seeking a core management talent to drive our growth and expansion in the data-driven marketing domain.Position DetailsThis role involves leading the development of digital advertising effectiveness verification products and promoting alliances that our company is advancing.You will have the opportunity to develop unique products, leveraging various data assets within the Rakuten Group, which are exclusive to our company.This position also expects you to manage the product development team.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct/Business Development Exploring and researching business opportunities in collaboration with Rakuten's internal and external services. Formulating and driving the direction and project roadmap for new businesses. Project management tasks, including progress management and scope definition. Building digital advertising effectiveness measurement schemes in collaboration with major media companies.Reporting to Management Preparing discussion materials and proposals for the management team.Specific tasks from the above will be assigned based on your prior career experience and aptitude.What Makes This Role RewardingYou will be engaged in developing products that currently do not exist in the market, by utilizing Rakuten's unique data assets (e.g., OMO - Online Merges with Offline).Furthermore, you will have the chance to be involved in product development in collaboration with major operating companies, advertising agencies, and consulting firms, all based on our data assets.Work EnvironmentManagement within the Product DivisionExamples include: Head of an organization of approximately 10 members (Manager)Assistant to the Department Head for a team of approximately 20 members (Vice Department Manager), etc.Mandatory Qualifications Experience in digital advertising or digital marketing(3 years or more) Experience in project management(3 years or more) Communication skills Explanatory and negotiating skills to smoothly involve internal and external stakeholdersDesired QualificationsWe are seeking individuals with a high level of project management skills and management experience.
