Cannabis Farm/Harvest Labor (East of Syracuse)

NOTE - Work Location: Vernon Center, NYSchedule: Part-Full time & Seasonal. 30-50 hours/week weekdays & weekends starting immediately and extending through late November.OverviewTrimmr is seeking candidates interested in harvest support work within the regulated cannabis industry.You will gain hands-on experience in the cannabis industry, focusing on harvest and post-harvest processing activities. Working directly with cannabis cultivators, you will learn and execute steps of the process, contributing to quality and efficiency for our clients. Outdoor physical labor expected with hands on plants and variable weather conditions.Typical farm/cultivation labor may include: weeding, pruning, harvesting, bucking, trimming, and other labor tasks.Assist with harvest process tasks as directed.QualificationsPrevious plant touching experience is a big plus but not required.Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and product quality.Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S. Must possess valid and current I-9 documents (e.g. Passport or Drivers License and social security card).Must have reliable transportation.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work while seated or standing for long periods.Ideal CandidatesReliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individual.Respectful, kind, and supportive team player.Comfortable in a production environment with strict quality standards.Interested in building skills in cannabis processing and production.Compensation Hourly wage: $17/hour Schedule 8-10+ hour shifts available up to 50 hours/weekAbout TrimmrTrimmr is an on-demand resource platform purpose-built for the regulated cannabis industry.
