Our automation stack removes 80%+ of manual admin so our reps can focus on what really matters: signing talent, building relationships, negotiating deals, scaling creators.Role DescriptionWe are hiring for a full-time role focused on food and culinary creators.We are open to both:Talent Coordinator level candidatesTalent Manager / Agent level candidatesWe will scope title + comp based on experience.This role is for someone who actually loves the food category.Meaning: you care about chefs, food content, CPG food brands, restaurant culture, food trends, cookbook creators, kitchen tools / equipment and want to be part of building the most important food talent division in the industry.This person will directly help us expand and professionalize our food business. Identifying talent, supporting campaign execution, and helping shape the future of the category inside our agency.ResponsibilitiesSupport (or lead, depending on seniority) food creator relationships and brand partnershipsExpand our network of buyer relationships (brand agencies, brand direct, etc.)Maintain strong communication between creators, brands, and internal teamHelp identify new culinary creators to sign (and build the category’s pipeline)Give feedback on our internal tools + automation as we are always iteratingAttend NYC shoots / events occasionally as neededCompensation$45,000 – $65,000 base DOE for coordinator-level + path to commission participationMeaning: if you’re more senior (manager / agent level) we will adjust comp + title accordingly.To ApplySend your resume to info@verticaltalent.co
