Our client, responsible for the development of a number of key and revolutionary products and with a thriving global presence is recruiting for a Capex Control Lead to join their new project located near Waterford.What You'll DoResponsible for E2E process on all CAPEX and OPEX projects ensuring alignment with internal policies and external compliance:Monitor and report on CapEx & OpEx project performance, including budget tracking, variance analysis, and forecasting.Set up all necessary Master data, WBS, DCF formsPrepare capitalisation forms, ensure PIP project approvals and capitalisationImpairment / Write off regular reviewsYearly assets count verification + Regular asset tags for new assetsWhat you'll need:Degree and/or internally recognised accounting or professional finance designation.Experience in CapEx managementStrong technical knowledge, financial accounting & compliance, Business acumenHigh level of information and data to deal with, solid understanding of accounting and compliance standards and regulationsCapEx management/controls knowledgeStrong communication & interpersonal skills.If this role is of interest, please apply now.
