Our client is expanding its global manufacturing and infrastructure footprint and is seeking a skilled Planner to support capital projects. The role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and reporting on project schedules across all phases, ensuring accurate planning data, strong collaboration, and timely project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, maintain, and update integrated project schedules for large capital projects.Coordinate schedule inputs from EPCM partners, contractors, and internal functions to maintain a unified master schedule.Develop baseline schedules, critical path assessments, and supporting documentation for project approval.Monitor schedule performance, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.Prepare regular schedule reports, trend analyses, and progress updates.Track scope changes and maintain detailed schedule records.Lead scheduling and interactive planning sessions with project teams.Ensure accurate resource loading and support general project controls activities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Management preferred.5–10 years of planning experience in large capital projects within pharma, biotech, or related industries.Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel.Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.Fluent in English; German preferred but not mandatory.Ability to manage shifting priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.This role will work closely with Project Directors, Capex Leads, and Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and CQV teams to support the delivery of major capital investments across our client's global network.
