Every role offers exceptional exposure and growth opportunities within capital markets.We are looking for a hands-on Capital Markets Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day execution of structured and fund-linked transactions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong operational mindset and early-stage experience in financial markets, who thrives under pressure and wants exposure to NAV processes, diverse products, and real-time trading logistics.Key Responsibilities· Support the full trade lifecycle from booking to settlement, including preparing trade details, coordinating execution timelines, and ensuring operational alignment through the NEXEN platform· Contribute to NAV calculations by preparing underlying asset data, validating pricing sources, and testing accrual and fee logic in coordination with the senior team· Prepare and send operational notices and lifecycle instructions related to subscriptions, redemptions, and product events, ensuring coordination with brokers, custodians, and internal systems· Monitor trade matching and settlement status, investigate exceptions, and collaborate with counterparties to resolve breaks or delays· Maintain and reconcile internal balance and cash flow trackers (Balanz, L2) to ensure consistency in daily positions and reporting· Update operational logs and internal documentation to support process transparency, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy· Assist in pre-issuance NAV validation and readiness workflows, supporting new product launches and client onboarding initiativesRequired Qualifications· Experience in fund accounting, custody operations, or middle office support· Solid understanding of NAV principles, trade lifecycle events, and settlement workflows· High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong attention to detail· Demonstrated ownership of tasks and ability to work independently under deadlines· Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal· Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus· Comfortable working with collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Slack, cloud-based systems)Preferred Qualifications· Experience using NEXEN, Bloomberg, or similar custodial and post-trade platforms· Exposure to structured notes, UCITS wrappers, ETFs, SMAs, mutual funds, or AMCs· Background working in a fintech, broker-dealer, custodian bank, or fund services environment
