Main responsibilitiesTrain, support, and coach teams on CAPTIVEA’s project methodology. Monitor daily compliance with the methodology across projects. Conduct project reviews and produce accurate reports. Read and interpret data from our automated tracking system and explain discrepancies when necessary. Participate in internal quality surveys (compliance with phases, client validation). Report anomalies, deviations, or critical issues to the Director of Quality and ERP Knowledge. Profile requiredAt least 3 years of solid experience in IT project management, ideally in an IT environment or consulting firm, preferably in software integration (ERP experience is a strong plus). Mandatory experience in client relationship management.

Fluent in both French and English. Good knowledge of project management tools. Experience with Odoo is a valued asset.
