If so, we want you on our team!This is a full time role (37.5 hours p.w), that will see you working 5 days over 7, including weekends due to the nature of the business.What You'll Be DoingAs a Car Park Attendant at our Birmingham sites your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You'll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment. Responsibilities include:Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).RequirementsNo prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
