This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsMin Experience: 3 yearsJobType: full-timeAs a Card Program Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our credit card programs — from designing sales strategy and launching new partnerships to optimizing P&L performance and ensuring seamless operational delivery. You will collaborate closely with internal teams (product, risk, operations, analytics, marketing) and external partners (banks, fintechs, networks, OEMs, marketplaces) to drive portfolio growth and customer acquisition.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesRequirements Credit Card Sales Strategy & Growth Build, refine, and execute customer acquisition strategies for new and existing credit card products. Work with sales channels, digital partners, and marketing teams to drive monthly acquisition targets while improving conversion efficiency. Develop incentive structures, funnel improvements, and segment-specific playbooks to optimize sales performance. Program Management & GTM Ownership Lead the launch and scale-up of card programs, ensuring strong GTM planning, partner onboarding, operational flows, and customer experience. Translate business goals into program roadmaps, growth milestones, and measurable KPIs. Drive program governance, monthly performance reviews, and cross-functional alignment. Partnership Management (Banks, Fintechs & Networks) Build and manage relationships with issuing banks, card networks (Visa/Mastercard/Rupay), fintech partners, and merchant ecosystems. Evaluate and negotiate commercial constructs, revenue-sharing models, incentives, and marketing budgets. Ensure compliance with regulatory and partner guidelines while delivering innovative and market-competitive offerings. Financial Management & P&L Ownership Monitor and improve key financial metrics — acquisition cost, activation, usage, spend behavior, attrition, and portfolio profitability. Conduct financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning for new card launches or partnership proposals. Create frameworks to track performance across cohorts, channels, and lifecycle stages. Customer Experience & Portfolio Optimization Work with product, risk, and operations teams to refine underwriting, improve approvals, reduce drop-offs, and enhance user journeys. Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for activation, usage growth, cross-sell, and retention. Use data insights to recommend feature enhancements, rewards, communication strategies, and product improvements. 3-8 years of experience in credit cards, cards program management, fintech partnerships, or credit card sales strategy in banks/NBFCs/fintechs. Strong understanding of credit card economics, lifecycle metrics, channel management, and GTM execution. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, partner negotiations, and P&L elements. Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, dashboards, funnels, and financial models. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. High ownership, agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
