We are an accredited Living Wage employer and Greensleeves Care are endorsed with Skills for Care and an Assured City and Guilds provider who offer a range of free learning and development to our colleagues.As a Care Assistant, You WillGive support and care to the residents whilst maintaining their rights to independence, privacy, dignity and choiceAssist with preparing residents for bed and/or assist them in the morning.Assist residents who require help to dress/undress, wash, and bath and use the toilet.Assist residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities including the use and care of aids and personal equipment.Assist residents who need help with personal hygiene e.g. incontinence.Promote and adhere to the Greensleeves Care -Workplace values of respect, openness and responsibility.To Apply, You Will NeedAn understanding of the needs of residentsAn understanding of the importance of confidentialityQualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in care level 2 or the equivalent (Desirable)Experience of providing care (Desirable)Experience of working with elders (Desirable)Not worked in care before?
