Based in Stockport Area the role involves a combination of in-person care visits and flexible home-based work. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care, supporting individuals with dementia, providing companionship, aiding in mobility and transfers, and ensuring the overall well-being of clients. The role also involves clear communication with clients and their families to assess and adapt care plans as needed.QualificationsCompetence in Manual Handling to assist clients with mobility and physical assistance needsStrong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build trust and engage effectively with clients and their familiesExperience and knowledge in Dementia CareHands-on Caregiving skills with a caring and compassionate approachEmpathy, patience, and the ability to manage diverse client needsRelevant training or certification in caregiving or health care is beneficialAbility to work both in clients’ homes and remotely, with a valid driver’s license if required for travel
