The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, providing compassionate care, supporting individuals with varying needs, and maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Responsibilities also include effective communication with residents, families, and team members to ensure a high standard of personalized care. Qualifications Experience or training in Manual Handling techniquesExcellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilitiesKnowledge and experience in Dementia Care and Caregiving practicesStrong sense of empathy, patience, and a commitment to providing compassionate careFlexibility and a proactive approach to meet residents' needsPrevious experience in a care home or similar setting is an advantageRelevant certification or qualifications in health and social care preferred
