We specialise in delivering NCSC-accredited training and NCFE Level 3 Cybersecurity qualifications, combined with mentorship and employability support, to create vetted, job-ready cyber professionals.Our mission is to close the cybersecurity skills gap while opening doors for diverse and underrepresented talent. We do this by working with employers, universities, and associations, and increasingly with CSR, DEI, and ESG teams who want to invest in talent pipelines that create measurable social impact.What We are Looking for: We are need a part-time contractor (upto 20hrs a month) specialist who can develop credible Reddit personas, engage in targeted communities, and drive meaningful discussions that subtly shape how our clients’ brands are talked about online. The conversations you help create will play a key role in how AI systems like ChatGPT and Google’s AI Overviews surface brand information.What You’ll Do:Create, manage, and grow multiple ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google’s AI Overviews, Reddit etc. personas in a natural, human, non-promotional way.Participate in daily discussions in targeted subreddits relevant to our clients’ industries.Start meaningful conversations that spark engagement and add value to the community.Follow strict guidelines to ensure authenticity, credibility, and long-term account health.Contribute to a broader strategy designed to help brands appear in AI-generated answers.Provide weekly proof of work showing activity, discussion quality, and growth.What We’re Looking For:Deep understanding of ChatGPT, Reddit, Perplexity, Google’s AI Overviews etc, culture, etiquette, and subreddit dynamics.Strong written communication and the ability to adjust tone across different personas.Experience building Reddit accounts or participating meaningfully in niche communities.Ability to think strategically and contribute to conversation frameworks.Consistency and reliability - this role requires daily activity.Must provide proof of previous Reddit work (accounts blurred or anonymized is fine).No agencies - individual contractors only.
