You will be joining a friendly and supportive team and this is a position where you will be encouraged to share ideas and best practices.Audit Partner RI - London, Hertford, Birmingham, Plymouth, Edinburgh and NottinghamAudit Director - Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds, Birmingham and Edinburgh Up to £125KAudit Senior Manager - London, Glasgow, Guilford and UK wide Up to £100KAudit Manager - London, Bristol, Gloucester, Nottingham, Leeds, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Perth, Plymouth, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Exeter and Woking Up to £ 75K DOEAudit Assistant Manager London, Gloucester, Cardiff and UK WideNFP Audit Manager London £80kAudit Supervisor - London £60K and UK wideAudit Senior x 10 - London, Surrey, Bristol, Plymouth, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Portsmouth, Heathrow, Northampton, Manchester, Lancaster and Cardiff and across the UK Up to £60K DOEAudit Semi Senior London and Surrey £41KAudit Assistant x3 London and across the UK £36KKey Duties & Responsibilities:Management of an audit focussed portfolio of clients.Overseeing the preparation of financial statements under FRS102 and IFRS.Attendance and contributions at client meetings.Completing audits with minimal supervision and within deadlines.Management and development of upcoming audit talent.Financial management of portfolio taking control of WIP, billing and debt management.Involvement in business development, including maintaining own key contacts and fostering new relationships.Maintaining a good level of technical knowledge and being able to independently research issues forming your own solutions.Ideal Candidate:ACA / ACCA/ CPA/CA qualified or equivalentExcellent Technical Audit experiences including IFRS, UK GAAP, FRS102 and SOXMinimum of 2.5 - 14 years’ experience in an accountancy practice or relevant experiencesExcellent communication skills and ability to build strong client and team relationshipsAbility to manage complicated projects and multiple stakeholdersStrong technical understanding of accounting and auditing standardsExperience in leading group audits and the preparation of consolidated accounts.Can build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.Produces high quality work to a good technical standard.Strong organisational skills to effectively prioritise high volumes of work.Anticipates and resolves problems at an early stage to keep assignments on budget.Can identify opportunities for growth within existing client base and when to involve other service lines.Takes an active role in developing the team providing day to day support on technical and other matters.
