This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll lead a small finance team, partner directly with the CEO, and influence financial strategy across an international business.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy rolling up your sleeves, and want to make a tangible impact on a growing business, this could be the perfect next step for you.London office – 5 days per weekKey duties: Lead and manage a small finance team, overseeing the full finance function.Take ownership of month-end processes, management accounting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Produce insightful management accounts, cashflow forecasts, and project-specific financial reports to support strategic decision-making.Oversee AP and AR functions, including supplier payments, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.Prepare quarterly VAT returns, payroll, staff expenses, FX transfers, and manual journals.Streamline processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement across the finance function.Collaborate closely with international offices and key stakeholders, influencing senior management decisions.Key skills: Proven experience as a Finance Manager, with prior managerial responsibility.Strong hands-on experience with month-end close, management accounts, and financial analysis.Background in the Media or Creative industries is highly desirable.Ability to adapt quickly, influence senior stakeholders, and drive positive change.Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.A proactive mindset, bringing fresh ideas to improve processes and systems.Apply today!
