The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in denim, knitwear, and woven product categories and will lead efforts to optimize production efficiency, implement cost-saving initiatives, and uphold high-quality standards. Experience with handling GSD license is a distinct advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage Industrial Engineering functions across denim, knitwear, and woven product linesDrive productivity improvements through work-study, line balancing, and process enhancementsCollaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Merchandising, and other teams to ensure on-time deliveryMentor and develop the IE team to enhance skills and operational effectivenessEnsure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and ethical standardsREQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Apparel Technology, or related fieldMinimum 8 years’ experience in industrial engineering roles within apparel manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a managerial positionProven expertise in denim, knitwear, and woven manufacturing processesExperience with GSD license and methodology highly preferredProficiency in IE software and Microsoft Office applications
