Job DescriptionSalary: NegotiableJob PurposeAssist the site crew in the successful delivery of projects, through maintaining a safe and clean jobsite.Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for carrying out carpentry labor, material handling, and job site cleanup as assigned by the carpenter(s) on siteStrives to improve on carpentry skills and gain greater understanding of basic construction techniquesPerforms to the best of ability; follows directions wellMaintains a safe and clean job siteParticipation in safety and production meetingsRequirementsHigh level of motivationClear, concise and respectful communication skills Ability to read and writePossess basic knowledge of carpentry and/or construction (preferred)Provide basic tools and PPE as per supplied listWork outdoors in all weather conditionsNeat, presentable appearanceRespectful onsite presenceReliable vehicle, valid drivers license, good driving recordAbility to perform physically demanding work on a consistent basisPerform a variety of construction tasks within a 44 hour work week
