Taking care of supplier / partner strategy and manages performance against cost savings targets. Achieves optimal access and network solutions with the providers to sustain Colt’s customers. Reporting regularly to leadership with insights and highlights, as well as areas for improvement on performance and spend. Develops and drives strong stakeholder relationships to help deliver cost effective solutions in line with quality criteria. Sustain and drives network and optimisation initiatives to achieve profitable revenue growth.
