Case Administrator Konexo Financial Services | Multiple Projects | Mostly RemoteKonexo Financial Services is building its bench of strong Case Administrators to support a range of upcoming motor finance redress, complaints and regulatory conduct programmes. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys structure, organisation and supporting casework in a regulated environment.What you’ll be doing• Supporting case handling teams across motor finance redress, complaints review and regulatory conduct work• Accurately logging, updating and maintaining case files and project trackers• Collating documents, evidence and customer information for case reviews• Preparing case packs and completing quality checks to ensure audit-ready documentation• Managing inbox work, allocating correspondence and escalating issues where needed• Assisting with MI updates, reporting and workflow tracking• Providing general administrative support to Case Handlers, SMEs and Project LeadsWhat we’re looking for• Experience in administration, case support, complaints handling or financial services operations• Strong attention to detail and confident working with data and documentation• Ability to work at pace and meet project deadlines• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment• Any exposure to motor finance, complaints, regulatory conduct or redress programmes is an advantage (not essential)Project details• Multiple projects mobilising• Most roles are fully remote (occasional travel may be required)• All roles will be on a daily rate contract basis, lengths varied (depending on individual project)If you’re immediately available, or will be available shortly, and interested in being considered for upcoming project work, please apply directly.
