Job descriptionRole Description: The Case Counsel will play a vital role within SCCA’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) team, responsible for administering arbitration and mediation cases, ensuring adherence to SCCA rules and international best practices. The role also supports strategic initiatives related to improving case services and enhancing SCCA’s standing in the global ADR landscape. Responsibilities:Case Administration:Administer arbitration and mediation cases in accordance with SCCA rules and procedures.Ensure accurate documentation and case data entry using the designated case management platform.Monitor case timelines and ensure compliance from all stakeholders.Identify and address risks or administrative issues during case processing. Compliance & Quality Assurance:Enforce consistency in service delivery in line with internal policies, codes, and standards.Communicate effectively with parties, representatives, and neutrals involved in cases. Projects & Initiatives:Participate in developing SCCA rules and case administration practices.Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing ADR service delivery and SCCA's reputation. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or related legal studies.3–6 years of experience in the legal field (preferably with exposure to ADR).Excellent command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage professional communication with stakeholders of varying legal expertise.Background or interest in arbitration is a plus.
