With a compassionate yet relentless approach, we stand by our clients from consultation to resolution, ensuring their voices are heard and justice is served.Role description:This is a virtual role for a Case Manager. The Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing client cases, coordinating legal actions, conducting research, preparing documentation, and working closely with attorneys to ensure successful case outcomes. The applicant must also be able to work concurrently in the PST time zone, assisting our teams on phone using a web program, Quo, answering phone calls, intaking clients, and collecting files. The applicant must also be well versed in submitting documents, preparing and sending demand letters, working collaboratively with attorneys and case managers in-office, and familiarity with Clio Manage and Grow.Qualifications:* Strong organizational and time management skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.* Experience in legal research and case management.* Knowledge of employment law, workplace rights, Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, manufacturer repurchase negotiations, and vehicle defect documentation protocols.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.* Spanish and English fluency is required for this role.* A working computer with a microphone.* Availability to answer and place calls to clients, follow intake instructions, and manage cases in the PST time zone.* Familiarity with Clio Grow + Manage, Quo (OpenPhone or similar), or similar case management tools is preferred.
